Those wheels look like Koya Drift Tecks. Which would mean to put then on that van he'd have to change the stud pattern in some way or machine the wheels to suit.If I am corect that's probably what would have caused it

you can get koya drift teks in different fitments. there are 4 stud mutli fit sets and 5x114 sets
