It seems like this song is too laid back and straightforward to be the first single. I always loved Gab and Blackalicious for the meticulously crafted poetry and funky bouncing beats: Art of Mind, The Writz, Swan Lake, Paragraph President, collaborations like The Corner and Gabracadabra... I hope there's some edgier stuff on the rest of the album.

but his stuff is dumbed down, and he is starting to sound like an incoherent stream of conciousness.

I speak spanish so this whole magnifico stuff is kinda embaressing.

Gab is one of my all time faveorites, where he used to be smart, quick, thoughtful,and uplifting, he now sounds watered down and retarded.
