I originally shaved it due to hair damage, but I haven't wanted to grow it back yet. I have been a slave to my hair for so many years... @meankitty8 Thats the spirit, I just posted on another guys video who is balding and I was behind him in his choice to shave his head and accept his baldness. Men also don't need hair to be attractive. I mean there is MUCH more to a person then how much fur they happen to have on their head. I also agree that it is very liberating.

Hmm.. well looks matter. And some people look better with hair than they look bald. So it really comes down to a cost-vs-benefit question. Does the benefit of not having hair outweigh having them? If your answer is yes, then go for it! Shave it off.

I'm 18 years old and I started losing my hair... I still have lots of hair although I can see soon I'm getting bald.

I just can't accept it but I will have to be strong.

I love this video. I like being bald myself. Being Black with kinky hair and have had a chemical straightening for years. I was losing my hair line in the front of my head due to the relaxers so I said screw it.

yes that is what i can relate to as well! having my hair done with tons and tons of chemicals all the time really hurt my head and the money spent in the thousands, really, i just said screw it too, why bother anymore...the perceptions of beauty are so ridiculous, and it's sad... it's sad what women have to go through just to be considered 'beautiful'.

I am not defined by my hair. And I am not worried about 99% of guys.

Whatever you believe, is what you believe. I am definitely NOT devastated in any way, by not having hair. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I have no makeup on in the video either!  Sometimes I prefer plain, and sometimes I don't! Sometimes I have hair, and sometimes I don't! Sometimes I cut it all off and sometimes I don't. Big deal. People ask why I do it, so I said why.

It was an easy decision for me, I'm a guy and mostly bald anyway, and once your past a certain age I don't think people assume you are a Nazi or skinhead.

I think if a woman isn't comfortable inside with her appearance on the outside they will always perceive that others see them as unattractive so it is really important to be comfortable in your own skin first because if you decide to have long hair, short hair or no hair, it will always please some people and not others.

Well to begin with, im not saying you look bad or say you made a bad decision. It is as you said, people believe that you got cancer - That makes people taking a step back from you cause everyone doesnt know what it means to have cancer, if they can either get infected or whatever. In a bar you see some girls with long hair, cute face, but the only different is that they got hair and for some men, me included - think that the hair tell the beauty of the girl - even if you got a heart of gold.
