actually the hip pigments at walgreens are about 11.99 so b1g1 would be around about $6 each. you got them for 3.50 so i think that's a pretty good deal..

the hip pigment sicks you use as a base.

you just apply it bare holding the black bottom part.

I've got, Fiery, Visonary, Tenacious and Exciting. I love the MAC pigments...also expensive but I they're worth it!

Please define 'waste' to me. I don't consider buying makeup as wasteful since I actually USE them. If I have enough money, why should it matter to others how I choose to spend it? Also, I don't know about others, but I don't just wear makeup so people can see them. I wear them because I find the whole application process really fun and creative. I do NOT apply makeup on my eyeball so it's none of your business whether or not you see it.

You have never met me in person before, because people around me usually notice my makeup. Also, makeup is much more than just for the eyes. There's ones for face, lips, body, hair, etc.

It's your freedom to buy and do what you believe in, and the same goes for me. I'm not hurting anyone or doing anything illegal so I find your comment extremely rude as it not only attacks my habits but also my physical appearance.

So please, if videos like mine annoy you, feel free to keep away from them.

Are you talking about L'oreal HIP pigments? They vary in price in most drug stores and websites that you purchase it from. Especially if the drugstore has a BOGOF or BOGO 50% off sale.

I think they usually are around $7 in drug stores, so if there's a buy one get one free sale, you can actually get them for a bit cheaper.

The shadow sticks give the pigment something to hold on to so you don't get much fallout. They can also make the pigment appear darker or lighter depending on which shade you chose.

=] The shadow sticks are pigments itself I believe.

Anyways, loose pigments are easier to work with in my opinion though. Fall outs are easy enough to deal with.

NEVER NEVER NEVER pay full price for HIP products. Walgreens has BOGOF all the time so that makes all their product 50% off. Plus they often have $2 off coupons. They actually take $2 off both items, even the free one. So in the end, after BOGOF and $4 off you pay $3 for 2 pigments!!!!!! This deal applies to ALL HIP products!!!!!

For the L'Oreal sticks you wet your brush and rub on the top of it and then apply, its like using a wet pigment

I have one of those pigment sticks as well.

They make absolutely no sense to me. They're really chalky dry, and the application is awkward as well.

I haven't tried one wet, because frankly the product design just seems so flimsy. I'm afraid I'll break them pressing against my skin. Tell me how it works out for you. =p
