I was watching this film in Uk, in my beloved St Albans, I miss you, miss you, miss you, my dream, my love, my memories, my everything... will you come back one day to me? or I must come back?! who knows...........................
I've heard this music track used before in period montages but have never been able to learn what it is. Who is the artist & what's the name of the track?
5* and in my faves! This was a brilliant video/trailer! I loved your editing and choice of music and also the way you conveyed your video/trailer through silent scenes! Great work!
i could just watch this movie over and over i love it mr rochester is such a sexy man, i like his cool cut sexy fliry style he makes your heart run fast and slow at the same time where are all the mr rochesters in the world hhhahahahah sexy devil he is.
This is the best video of jane Eyre I have seen! It's wonderful and I want to congratulate you! I think I must have seen it at least 4 times! It really captures the essence of the story. The two actors are great!!!
this was fantastic, you really captured the mood of not only the amazing mini series but the book as well, they are some of my fav quotes from the book too.
A beautiful, beautiful trailer! Excellent choice of music, and the no-dialogue worked well. My one teeny critique would be to work up to more of a climax - the pacing for the video tended to stay the same all the way through. Maybe work some sharp quick shots into the 3/4 mark, then fade with a long, slow scene?
Thay are both very expressive actors. That is quite rare now-a-days, don't you think? Very unususal to have two expressive actors playing leading roles. Lovely.
Beautiful, your comments on the 2006 Jane Eyre I agree with fully, the song you used makes it just right, Orchard of Mines by Globus if anyone is interested.
You matched the music and the scenes very well. Very intensive at the climax. This just reminds me again how great the performances were given by Toby and Ruth. Love the video!
aah yes indeed if you inspired people who didn't see this great, awesome strong powerful touching film, congratulations!aaah toby...i thank you very much for uploading this!!great job
Lovely, lovely video. I am excited by reading the other comments to see that you have inspired those who have not seen this amazing film (and the awesome Toby Stephens in it) to get the pleasure of watching something extraordinary. Great job!
Your work here is so detailed- had I not seen this production several times I might not have noticed some of the manipulations of image that really connected with the music. You're right about it working as a silent movie. I love the way you used the rhythm and other elements of the music juxtaposed with color and visual effects. I'm really impressed with your audio-visual coordination. Well done!
Thank you! I'm glad that somebody picked up on all the little things I put in here. While I'm making videos I try to put things together in detail and I'm usually afraid that I'm being a perfectionist, but I am so glad that you noticed! It makes the work all worth it! I hope you can enjoy it over and over again. :)
Oh my goodness! That was amazing! Way to build the dramatic tension! If this won't make you want to watch this version of Jane Eyre, nothing will. Now I want to see it again! And I just watched it last week! Wow. *five stars and a fave*
I'm not sure where you can get the music. I happened to get a CD from my brother-in-law who does a lot of editing. It is full of "trailer-ish" music. It is all made by "Immediate Music." Maybe you can look that up and find a CD somewhere?
One of the best videos I've ever seen. I'm thinking about buying the DVD of this adaption for months(I've only seen the Hinds/Morthon version), and you made me to! :)
I have had a genuinely crappy day today, and that just made it so much better. Thank You! I'm glad I can provide a little entertainment for fellow YouTubers. :)
I thought this was great, and your right their looks alone convey their emotions and feelings for one another. The music worked really well built up the drama. Like you I love this adaptation and I think you used all of the best scenes. I really liked that you incorporated quotes from the book it meant more having read them before watching the video. Wish I could make videos like this, lol. Thanks for making it.
FANTASTIC JOB! The music captures the visuals PERFECTLY! Bravo!

You have absolutely right: "Both Ruth and Toby seem to be able to play Edward and Jane without even speaking." Eyes are the mirror of the soul...

This particular song is called "Serenata." I believe it was used for one of the trailers for one of the Spiderman movies? Hope that helps.
