  • peple rice cakes will ispike ur insulin and will make u fat they digest just like sugar because they are high gi listen people, just eat them postworkout but without the pb

So I dont think that you need to be rude to this guy cuz he is trying to make a point here (wich was the same that I was thinking) if you look at your recipes, I think that you will find out that, hes point is kind of true, and maybe you need to do a little variation, cuz seem like if you want to be healthy you just need to add a little protein.     you can gain fat eatin chicken and broccoli, or just protein powder or all the whole grain whole wheat stuf u want...

  • @leanbodylifestyle I think what all of these people are getting at, including myself, are recipes. We don't mean show us how to make plain old chicken.We're all aware of that. Take for instance, your video on cheesecake. I love cheesecake. You took an unhealthy dessert, and made it healthy. So, what we're all saying is this: Take traditional meals, and show us how to make them healthy, make a recipe. For instance, do you have a recipe for healthy stir fry? How about a healthy burrito?

I would just like to see if you have any ideas on how to make meals we probably used to eat, but can't anymore, due to our diet constraints. I'm sure you can make a healthy pasta dish, or a healthy fish dish, tacos, burritos etc. I've seen you cover others. I never knew how to make a healthy pizza, or a good turkey burger, until I watched those.

    you could do that, but it wouldn't be as tasty as putting your own twist to it. and you've just recently started adding the macros to your meals which helps a bunch.

  • @leanbodylifestyle lol actually the idea of your channel is to give out some recipes which we crave on diet, chicken and meat is just the grilling, you shouldn't really worry about it.

    Or wrap it in turkey bacon...

    I just count the calories with the same products and got this:

    Calories: 270g

    Fat 9g

    Carbs 17g

    Protein 34g
