200 kts on final approach is WAY too high, as a result you damaged your flaps and nearly overran the runway (which is over 18000 feet long!) - some 140-150 kts would be enough for the approach speed
so you intentionally overloaded an aircraft that is already too heavy by itself for that airfield, just to try and land it without overrun in such a thin air?
My only mistake was, I didn't touch down at the very beginning of the runway, for the brakes to be effective, but I'll try that again, and maybe I'll replace this.

Yeah, but I forgot to mention I overloaded the plane. I remember it was 100000 kg overweight. And bare in mind you're at 4300 m above sea...

Yeah!
