@SmashLuigiFan Almost everyone has a job at any level of play, and the few people who don't are all at top level. Any smasher who is getting all their money from smash is probably looking for a job, even if the game is getting them more than enough money.
As for tiers, you can ask any low tier player how much extra work they had to go through to the same level as high tier players. Most of the high level low tier players even advise against it. (reached character limit, read next comment)

Holy shyt, and I thought the Yoshi char specific section in Melee was dead. I remembered always conversing w/ Shiri, BETA, Svampen, Straight, and all other Yoshi mains about Yoshi back b4 Brawl came out time and time again...and to think now in the year 2011 we get to see Yoshi reach that plateau we always wanted to him to see. I can't wait to see you place at a major : D! You have my full support <3!!!
