The final U2 helps (at least for me) because it makes memorizing it so much easier. Up, over, down, over, up, 2over, down, 2over, has such a nice rhythm with the last 2over.
Thanks for explaining the finger tricks. The algorithms are pretty easy to find, but sometimes I can not figure out how to do them fast. That is where your video is helpful to me.
@constanthandstandman Before Sune, 3 U layer corner pieces aren't orientated in a way that the U color is on top - Sune orientates them correctly. After Sune you have only U color on top but the pieces may not always be in their correct places.
After step 4 you'll have to perform the algorithm Niklas until you have Sune. After Sune perform Allan or reverse Allan.

Sune is an OLL algorithm that is also used in the Fridrich method right? :/

i bet something got wrong with other 2 fast attempts, thats why you cut it at the end. Isnt it because its complexity?

okey, how can u move ur cube so fast?
i got one some days ago and its so hard to twist, plus it gets stuck super easy =(
what can i do about that?

Maybe I'm not understanding the Sune. It never solves the cube. How do I solve the cube after completing the step 4?

Niklas: (B U' F' U) (B' U' F U2)
After sune:
Allan: (L L U' B) F' (L L B') F (U' L L)
Reverse Allan: (L L U B) F' (L L B') F (U L L)

sune is not a permutation, its an orientation algorithm.
also that final U2 is a waste, there is no need for it, just an extra move that takes up more time.

sune follwed by anti-sune and vice versa can be used as an edge cycle,in fact that what i use to cycle my edges in pll (when i skip cpll)

This comment has received too many negative votes show
why do u put a tm over the sune? its stupid. "sune" is not a tm

y do u need the U2 / U U part at the end?
Schvetlana 3 years ago
You need to do the U2 at the end so that after doing it 3 times or 4, it will go back to its original shape.
OR, u can do R U2 Ri Ui R Ui Ri, then do R U Ri U R U2 Ri.
