@Fredy197 That part did not get recorded, but I have found script to it online before, and it was a great read about the conversation that took place after. I really don't know why they did record it, it would have been a wonderful blessing for all too hear Des defend his position with grace, and humble love.

@cornerstone111 is there any link to that script ? Dr. Ford is such a humble man , his contributions to the Sda church are so many . He fought legalism of the 60 and 70's , I wish I could have been there . We have so much to learn of Dr. Ford , after everything the leaders did to him , he is not bitter and has good things to say even about those " legalists " who try to destroy his ministry . I consider this man more Adventist than Standish and all those legalists ,perfectionists .

What book? exactly, good question, we call it the Bible and it's not one of those messages where you pick out the meat and spit out the bones. You call Taylor a good man because you follow other gods. Spending your days in percieved greatness calling up conference Presidents and Evangelists backstabbing others and thinking that by talking to these types you are in fact greater than others, tell me where is the Judas in all of this? You really believe that they don't tell others?

When you cut through the rhetoric you are left with the background information and what do we find? A room full of pagan symbolism and a seat shared with a Dr. Kellog look a like who spends his days denying the front of the book.

But does any of this tarnish the reputation of Des Ford? Does he take the front of the book as truth or merely a fanciful poetic prose of a dreamy World that never was? Did poor Noah simply need to march onward to a distant land or was there really a worldwide flood?

Best message of the gospel great feeling ,What love truth joy To understand & take hold of this truth! I hve asked many to watch the 9 min segment most get angry, thats bc the true gospel they dont except Please take hold of the cross but theytry to find salvation through there own righteousness, they claim different, but thats only saying words,bc law is there saving grace they will never hve peace & joy They will never believe they hve made it. there fighting the very thing that saves them

@cornerstone111 You hit the nail on the head! And this proves that many sda's do not understand grace. They fight with Ford on this when they should agree. They say saved by grace, but yet hold to the IJ (that is a salvation of work) & disagree with For on grace, interesting! In doing so they try to soften the IJ, bc they mix grace & the IJ together.

Thank you for posting this particular presentation by Dr. Ford. I was told by Adventist Today that there had been technical difficulties while recording, therefore the DVD was not available. But obviously, the recording does exist. I have been watching the 9 minute version, but I'm grateful now for the full version.
