Last comment states that socialized medicine is bad, but wrongly states it is not proposed. That is why these videos are important. We all must become more knowledgeable about what is going on. The commenter agrees socialized medicine will be bad but he/she apparently hasnt yet learned what those in power are doing. Myth #10 addressed that the President, House and Senate are pursuing single payer. Our source on this includes Barack Obama himself.

To debunk all of your arguments, one needs to look no further than number 3. The President, the House, and the Senate are NOT suggesting a single payer system nor a government owned healthcare system like those in Canada or Great Britain. The current plan is to provide a government run insurance plan that does NOT include profit. If you make the assumtion that socialized medicine is on the table, then you are correct, but that assumtion makes asses of us all.

Excellent analysis! The current bill would have catastrophic financial implications for We The People, but not for the legislature imposing it upon us. The current bill does not address the root cause of the cost of healthcare as that would require thought and work. Rather, it places us on the road to rationing and far lower take home pay in order to fund another enormous government agency. This is simply unacceptable. Contact your Senators and Representatives, please!
