Franchement génial la video! Je suis jeune conducteur ( 19 ans) et viens tout juste d'obtenir mon permis moto, et pense aussi acheter la ER-6n pour commencer =)
Thank you for your quick reply. 100km/6L is little more than I expected. Is it on a mountain road or in a town?
Any way this bike is easy and funny as you said. I think parallel twin engine is best for body ballance and light weight. I have Z750 (in line 4) which is good powered but little heavy for me.
I have ER-6n, but from 2006. On open road fuel consumption was 3.9-4.0l/100 km. Average speed 100-120. In city, ER-6n spent more fuel. Like 5.0-5.5L/100km, but never more than 5.5l/100km. Cheers

What is the top speed of this bike? And the acceleration? I'm seriously thinking of getting one. I'm riding a 96 Ducati Monster 600, and power is really bad, top speed too. And the bars seem higher than a stock Ducati M600.
This bike sure looks powerful, acceleration sure beats my old Monster 600 in the video. The bars refer to the handle bars. I've ridden and sat on a 2008 version, in the traffic handling seems good and fair, bars are more comfortably placed than my Ducati, but I've never ridden it hard. Wonder how it really is...
It's realy "easy" to ride.. feeling safe... The brakes are just a little bit short sometimes.. I just recorded a new vid on small roads with a microphone under the set (no wind noise). take a look at it when i'll have post it

Thank you for the great video. Accelation and top speed seems more than enough for me.
I have just rode this bike on a small track, and found it very easy to ride on twisty roads.
Could you tell me how much is the furel consumption if you have mesured it?
mctaichi 2 years ago
As you said it's an easy bike to ride yes, funny with a good acceleration.
I'm using around 6L per 100km maybe less

6L is what i founded during the last weekend when i when to the "bol d'or classique". 900km of speedway at 140km/h or aroud
supercarsnancycom 2 years ago
Oh that seems great fuel economy. It shold be much better if you rode on country roads at 60-80km/h.
Thank you!

Hi, this bike top speed is aroud 200 km/h, acceleration is less than 4sec.. (same as fazer 1000). What do you mean about bars ?
