Could someone let me know how turning senior in figure skating works? Do you turn senior at 16 like in elite gymnastics?

@tillhumanvoices To turn senior in figure skating you have to past a series of tests that evaluate different skills. If you pass the tests you become senior and start competing in senior international events. If you fail you stay in the junior ranks untill the next season when you can try again.
