F2P games often cost far more than their P2P counterparts. You get drawn in with say 14 days then if you want quest packs,be able to carry more currency, have a home or castle or whatever, play proper PvP...you start to pay. Atlantica, Lotro, Potbs...all catch yoi with ftp then, if you don't want it to become a massive grind fest...you pay..and most people either quit or pay. It's a commercial model.

Practically all F2P games with alright graphics are asian based, and each a different version of each other.

P2P costs more (Probably not, because the item shops you need add up!), but I guarantee that each one will be more unique and worth while.

really? most people playing "free asian grind games" pay more per month than any p2p mmo cost. and even if not, its total different gameplay. in most p2p games people are equal to each other.

this "micro payment" concept is just a commercial concept. all this games look same. only new models and names for monsters etc.. there are just thousends of companies who want to get their pice of cake and make a mid quality game-copy of each other to make some fast money ..

Name one game that is free, that doesn't have any way of paying the game developer. Every free MMO has a mall, and when you get to higher levels you pretty much have to buy stuff in order to continue. F2P does not exist, why not just pay to play a quality game instead of paying to buy armor which you have to buy on some shitty free game?
