Not really, I mean the guy's skilled, but the louder the environment the more the person is forced to focus on the voice of the hypnotist.

It's one of the best environments you can have.

well it all depends on the hypnotist and the subject, if the subject thinks that the noise is inhibiting the process and the hypnotist doesn't inform them otherwise the whole session is a waste of time because the subject will think the whole time that they are not going into hypnosis

It depends on personal taste ( i don't like having to shout at people)

But you can be hypnotized in any situation.
