The molten material flowing out the side of the building remains red/yellow even as it falls. Aluminum, even if it is heated to a temp where it begins to glow red quickly stops glowing when it is poured and solidifies in its silvery color. In the 911 videos you can see the material remaining red/yellow all the way down. So it certainly does not look like aluminum.

The picture of the metal being poured is iron into the internal parts casting of the wright engine. Thats why they need shaded visors - because it's iron.The main block is cast in aluminium but the cast you see there is much smaller.
