do you follow the whole 1 g protein per bodyweight thing..? or do you just eat healthy and make shure you have protein in everymeal.. because im like 195lbs and the most protein ic an get in with healthy food is about 130-150g i dont supplement or anything i just rely on good ole food
Excellent clip: you are a warrior. Out of curiosity, 2 things: why did u do all that in the bedroom, and what kind of drink were you fixing at the clip's end?
What are your proportions..i.e. height and weight? Also, how much is that barbell that you do bicep curls with? It looks like it has so many weights on it, so I'm curious as to how heavy it is. I'm 5'7 and 150 lbs lean hard muscle...body weight is the best..when I started, I actually started with the pullup....i did 6 deadhang palms outward first day...these days I do 25 deadhang in a row and I can go up to 80 pullups overall in a workout before i call it quits. keep up good work.
Boil the eggs and you'll get more out of them. You only absorb 50% of the available protein in a raw egg, and too many of them could lead to a biotin deficiency.
It's true that it can lead to a biotin defficiency - they hamper the absorption of biotin. I take extra supplementation to be safe. The facts on how much protein you absorb boiled/cooked vary depending on the source atm though. Personally I tend to do both, as raw is quicker when you're in a hurry (and salmonella is extremely rare). I picked raw eggs for the video though mostly to be dramatic and Rocky-esque.
Thanks a lot buddy! I tend to train around five days a week, sometimes four, sometimes 6. I eat a lot of tuna, eggs and sometimes protein shakes. Check my site or my book (links at the top right) for more on my training. Thanks and good luck!
do you typically train your whole body each time you workout, or only do certain things on certain days? I'm just getting into BW excercies and looking for ideas :D
Hey! Certainly when I started I did full body routines for a long time. Today I do both bodyweight training and training in the gym (about 50/50) and do a push/pull split. That means working pecs, triceps, shoulders one day and lats and biceps another day (and abs both days). There's more info about my training on my site/in my book if you're interested. Good luck!
Nice Video. I really liked your video. Youtube can be a great asset for you. If you need any help getting your video exposed I use a site called Tubeviews . Net It has really done wonders for me.

So my tip to you would be, Boil/fry them!
Love your workout by the way, keep it up! :)

can you provide "official" evidence to verify this "fact?"
FromTheMarshess 2 years ago
Well, can't really send you my schoolbook.. But I bet you can find it if you search for protein absorbtion rate from raw eggs you'll find it.
And yes, you can develop a biotin deficiency from eating too much raw eggs, that you can also look up.

very good way to maximize a small space to train. Perfect example that you dont need fancy equipment to train and get strong

Thanks a lot! That's one of the things I was trying to show in the video. You can train in a toilet cubical if necessary!
