I will definitely keep my number a secret, it is not like men tell the truth either, most of them probably can't remember.
I'm not saying that men tell the truth. I'm saying that women sould always lie about the number of sex partners they have had because we want to think of our girlfriends or wives as "unseasoned". At least I do.
