I love your videos 'cause they really make me step it up and leave those bad foods alone! I was just wondering if that rule where you take your desired weight and add a 0 is also a healthy gide for teenagers.
hi...love your videos...I have a Question...i have los 60 lbs in about 4 months but i have not lost any more for about 2 weeks and i been doing the same things i always do....Why am i not lossing weight as fast as i want????
I love you. I find you a real inspiration. I'd like to know if you have any advice about vaser lipo. I'm thinking about having some for my 40th. I have little pockets of annoyances that the gym won't shift. x
@MsMoniker I had old fashioned lipo years ago for the same reason...and it worked great. Now there are so many advances it should be a great experience. Ask around to people who have had it done and go to a reputable doc. Let us all know how it goes. You'll be helping us all!
I really enjoy your video's! I am also on the other side of 40 and it's very difficult to relate to the 20 year olds on youtube! I will you could post more video's, they are so uplifting!
Couldn't agree with you more! This video came just in time cause I've slipped about 3 lbs in the last few weeks. Started to get back on track since Sunday....great video ;-)
Weighing myself daily is really important to keeping me on track. Even if I just experience water weight gain, I can up my fluid intake and get that bloating off quickly.
Mattie, how often do you weigh yourself? Just wondering because sometimes I'll do it every day and sometimes i'll leave it for a week. What would you consider ideal? Great video, as usual xx
I don't mind the scale but I can tell you that my weight fluctuates wildly from day to day. I don't consider these fluctuations a true gain. Sometimes it's just water retention showing on that scale.
I find tape measures easier to do! They're portable for travelling (which is awful for weight gain anyway) and gives me a better idea of how I look, as opposed to how much I weigh. Also keeps an eye on any bloating or water retention.
I have started weighing myself almost daily since Oct. and it helps me a lot..that is what I am going to continue doing since those pounds do creep up so fast..thanks
can you tell us what you do on your detox diet ?
in between you are very beautiful :)
