We are under the assumption that some of the most "brilliant minds" are behind the FEMA operations. If they can't do something simple like have one of the most important national announcements found on the world's largest video sharing network there is a serious disconnect someplace. FEMA has a huge budget.. throwing a few thousand dollars into YT advertising would be a step in the right direction.. but that's obviously not the case.

The part about this being a conspiracy theory as a whole as the reason they are doing this, I am opened minded to this idea but the part about them not doing a good job to let the public know about this test is not true because u can google fema and it will tell u about the nation-wide test

it only has 4,000 views, and was uploaded on the 28th of october. you mean to tell me they are doing all they can to promote this even when 6 days after the official video was uploaded it only has 4,000 views? This must be a joke.

@jessicaw325  I'm sorry but if you have to do a google search about FEMA in order to find out about a nation wide event, they arent doing a good job. The only reason FEMA's video even has 4000 views is because everyone on youtube doing these videos is linking to it.
