  • This is awesome, man! I've always wanted to build stuff like this.

How do you make a spring work like a spring? Is there like a tutorial on this?

  • Nice detail. But seems a bit weird that the part at 1:00 doesn't use hydraulics like the rest of the model does.

  • it was made with 3d studio max 2009

  • what program is this? sort of want to get into 3d modeling

  • alot off the rigging was done by using simple (look at constraints) for the pistons with springs and ball joints software used is 3ds max 9

  • that.....is......AMAZING! Wish i could rig like that.

  • that's some really good rigging man! is that too complicated??

  • thats a cool rig man and model. I hope you animate it and show us some videos

  • Amazing. I think I'm gonna just stop 3D modelling now lol.

  • Nice mechanics.

  • amazing rigging you have! just out of curiosity, did you learn how to rig your seens from a course or some webpages? I'm currently trying to teach myself to do this, but im a little stuck, as i cant find any good tutorials or lessons.

  • Depending on the version of max you have, there are help files with tutorials in that are really helpful for the basics of rigging (Depending on what version of max you have).

    Go: Help -> Tutorials

Then navigate yourself to the rigging section. Going to the 3ds max main website may direct you on further tutorials.

  • I use maya 2009, and the tutorials it has are hard to find and follow.

  • I believe the program used in this is 3ds max.

You could try tutorialized (Google it).

Not too sure if they will have one for rigging but they do have quite a few.

  • No, it's Maya. It's in the tags.

  • impresionante, te mereces muchas mas visitas
