"I learned a long time ago, that if your missing somebody.Just look up at the night sky, whoever it is,wherever they are, chances are there looking at the stars just like you, sometimes for all its size the Universe isnt such a big place after all" - Elizabeth Sladen. It is True x
Let me tell you guys .. i'm from the future. I'm from the year 2011. Life is really crap and Dr Who is still on. But the problem is its STILL the best thing on TV.

Yes, the nicer a person happens to be, the more their death affects you, even someone you've never met! Also, since Elisabeth stands out particularly in my memory of Dr Who - my earliest exposure to the show being the Tom Baker years - her death is more poignant. These people are unwittingly part & parcel of many a person's childhood, a time of most precious memory. Whenever one of them dies, it is as if they take some of that era with them.
Unbelievably it has been almost a month since the sad news broke that Elisabeth Sladen had passed away. Watching this clip just brings home what a treasure she was. The pain of her loss is still felt. It is clear from DVD commentaries that Tom Baker absolutely adored her,and he said on the Planet of Evil commentary that he was never as happy as he was then, with Elisabeth.
What a genuinely wonderful person Lis was, to be so universally loved by fans, cast and crew alike.
Golly, Liz Sladen looks absolutely gorgeous.

Man i got several things to say about this.
Firstly i was an 80s kid so here goes.
1. Noel edmonds is young. Obviosly.
2. Elizabeth is gorgous
3. Tom baker is in proper Dr.Who character, but looks a bit awkward and shy.

Sorry for the melancholy note!

It's amazing that 35 years later, people are still looking forward to a new series of Doctor Who.

Respond to this video... It's incredible, and the plot is still as much of a secret today as it was back then.
