I'm sorry, she might be able to ride extremely well, but I do not consider someone who throws themselves up a horse's neck good equitation. However, she obviously can ride.
at 0:54 (around) she is pushin with her seat loads and she doesnt hav any contact with her reigns! well then again why would u need contact with a pony like that!! and she is way too stiff in her arms because she is trying to stick out her elbows which WH riders think luks gud or something!! if that pony stopped (which is very unlikely because its so perfect she'de go flying!!!
@AlyssaLynnLautner What are you talking about? You must wear them in Marshall and Sterling classics, which I'm assuming this is. They're more commenly seen at A rated shows.
such a good video.its good to see someone post something like this.riding isnt always easy and it takes alot of patience.ive gone through similar things with my horses.
She's a really good rider but the only thing i don't really like about her riding style is that her hands are in her lap. But other than that good round.
i record some of them intentionally at the show to put up for them and some i just tape for fun. i put these all up for lillie to see because she wanted to watch them.
i do some local ones, like my barn's home shows and a barn that's basically behind ours and some others. i also do a lot in NJ. and then i've done a week-long overnight show in NY once and VT once. i wish i could do more week overnight shows but they're too expensive :(
but if you're asking about lillie, i know she does shows a ton of different places lol :) i don't know exactly where but i know she's shown all over.
not trying to be mean but lille needs to put her elbows in she sticks them out when she jumps but better than i could do otherwse

whoa since when do hunter riders wear shadbellies? i've seen then on the flat, but never over fences before
AlyssaLynnLautner 2 years ago
@AlyssaLynnLautner oh, i've always seen hunters wear them over fences. very rarely, if at all, have I seen them flat in them. :)
Charismatic314 2 years ago
They mostly wear them for classics I think

@AlyssaLynnLautner its for the Hunter Classic and sometimes Handy Hunters.. it just depends on which class you show in.
HunterJumper290 1 year ago
@AlyssaLynnLautner what are shadebellies?
hardhorserider1122 1 year ago
@AlyssaLynnLautner i know that they wear them for hunter derbies, so maybe the pony stakes are similar to those?
