At the rate you're going you will drop the weight, but you should be eating protein to preserve the muscle you have otherwise you're going to lose A LOT of it.
@cicirunner if you're phsically active you will be able to burn that amount of calories, also search "The Afterburn effect" That's how a lot of people burn calories easier than most people.
@hardcore4ever4 Well the 3,500 calories he burned is obviously exercise + BMI.....That's why I was asking the question. To find out if that is the case or if he actually burned that much with exercise on his strict diet. I ran 20 miles yesterday and that was only 2,500 calories burned, but if you added my BMI, that's 5,000....So if he added the two, then 3,500 would make sense. I was still curious what physical activity he did though.
your off your tits, calorie counting imo isnt as effective as everyone makes it out to be..
