The "Canyon" is at the museum as mentioned in the info box, top right on this page - I guess you missed that? In my other videos, I have much info relevant info in that box, too.
On my own track, I use 10x10 mm hot rolled bar for rails, 5 x 25 mm flat hot rolled for sleepers (=ties in the US). The museum uses factory-made, 20 x 25 mm tubular track, with pressed steel sleepers.
Is the "canyon" a new feature of your layout? Also, tell me again what bar stock do you use for the rail, please. Thanks!
