I really wished that the mfb 502 was still available and that they *hadn't stopped making it. It has to me so much more character than the mfb 522 or 503.

I really like the way the mfb502 sounds. I so wished they stopped producing that and that they could be got here in the states.
Just loving the Sync.

I've got an MC909 too. Is yours buggy as shit too? I love it when it's not irritating me.
Dare I say the Neptune has a more "classic" sound than my FRXS. Love the flexible 3rd Oscillator, Minimoog style. 24db filter?

No, my 909 is working well, but I have to say that I only use it as a sequencer and sometimes for selfmade voice-samples.
maybe this sounds stupid, but I can't think of what FRXS stands for? Future Retro XS perhaps?
@Biopharmer
Correct, the Future Retro XS.
What are you using to sequence in this demo?

I use the Roland MC-909 as a 16 part sequencer. It´s easy to use and you have got tr-type step sequencing too!
Cool. I've been looking at the MFB-step 64 sequencer. It sends CV out as well as MIDI-out so I think would be perfect for controlling the Npetune 2.

Some excellent sounds here & the MFB-503 really sounds nice with it. I'm looking at getting an MFB-522 at some point soon.
The MFB-522 sounds better than the 502 (I already own it). The 522 is a very cool machine, you will have fun with it!
Greetings from Flensburg.
Good to hear .From this video the 502 sounds excellent to me. In what way would you say the 522 is better?
You have to do a lot of compressing and eq-ing to let the 502 sound like that. The 522 sounds right by itself.
wow, thats i guess probably is the best demo of that synth,...
most of all i like the 3,5,7, and 10 soundexample you ve made,....
good work!
cheers steve
