If nobody had told me that this was by Philip Glass, I'd have figured it out by 1:28, because it reminded me so much of "The Geometry of Circles" from Sesame Street!
Such a strange song. It's so innocent and happy, and yet there's this constant dark forboding feel through the whole thing. Fit the movie perfectely, but even as a stand alone song it (and the whole soundtrack really) are in a different realm than others simply based on the emotions conveyed.
From which album is this recording? Since it's a different one than the soundtrack-album from 1998. It's a real stunning performance though! Somehow better then the 1998-recording, despite it features less repeats. Thanks for sharing!

Btw this is the 14min version which unfortunately has 7-8 mins cut. There is a later soundtrack available with the full 22 min version.
