@graffitiwar4 actually, if your primary stance is right foot forward, it's always called "goofy" regardless of whether you're right or left handed. The same is true in surfing and skateboarding. Left foot forward is "regular", right foot forward is "goofy". And just for the record, if you put the opposite foot forward from what you normally do, then you're in a "switch" stance.

ya man i had the same problem, get a flipflop hub (look it up) it has a fixed sprocket or whatever on one side and a single on the other,so you can practice running fixed safely and then run single for distance untill your ready to switch to fixed

its a track bike (or fixed gear). the rear hub has no freewheel (the thing that makes most bikes coast) so the act of pedaling backwards works as a brake. all kinds of fun.
