EVERYONE THE SOLUTION IS:

1. Go to Composition

2. Click make movie

3. Render to .Mpeg or .Mov - HOWEVER, before rendering, on Output Module click Lossless and click Audio Output, so audio works.

what adobe product are you using cs3 or cs4 on cs4 you should have all of them. Pm me and I will help you, o btw save it as a mpeg-4 for HD avi is only 720p in mpeg-4 you can easily get 1080p
