Once I sniped him with the victory rifle and when I went in to collect my prizes (mini nukes + mines) I stood on one...-_-(too much grass or what??) this is in my opinion the best way.

i actually ran in there once with fully repaired T51-b armor and loaded myself on chems...had 10 endurance as well and all the perks that help with dmg resistance...soon as i run in BAM! i'm left with 3 HP...lol

there is no such thing as to many mini nukes unless ur me and hav evry mini nuke in the game

I sniped the crazy in the house and then got the mini nukes he had wired up.

@tyman12 me too...then when i went to Vault wiki i learned there were several Mini Nukes there...i got so mad i did the Kellers quest just for the mini nukes.
