  • I agree that this tip didn't make sense. We call for a re-do! What did you mean, Andrea?

  • @brckshths What she is saying is before you eat set your timer for 15 minutes and meditate and listen to your body. Then eat.

  • I don't get it.. Do you have to, like, eat while the timer is running? or do you have to wait 15 minutes before you can eat?

  • I actually realizes that my meals often dosent last longer then 10 min! If I would set the timer my meal would be done. Andrea, how long time is your meal suppose to take?
