It is sampled from two songs called "Peekaboo" and "Follow Me Down" by Swallow from the album Blow that came out in 1992 (I actually have this on LP and CD). The repeated guitar part is from the "Follow...", but the vocals are from "Peekaboo" from the line "into COLD corners of your heart" or "you mean the WHOLE world" manipulated. It most likely is the second one where she sings "you mean the WHOLE" with out "world" in there. Anyways, it is in bold is where she hits that high note.
