That just shows how far they are behind western military standards. Its not about the gear and equipment. Its about the individual soildier. A Navy SEAL could pick up any assault rifle and still be twice as effective as 5 chinese commados. The m1 abram is also far superior to the type 99 tank. Which hasnt even been battle proven.
