i love my longbow! i cant stand compounds,,its the whole pull hard then relese and now my arrow is all slack and wobbly. i like feeling the constant pull. plus you can brag that with a longbow you got now fancy sites or arrowrest and you can still kick ass with it.

lol i thaught new age archery was the shit and dat theres no room for the traditionals until a day of fingershooting with 20 pound skool bows no sights i really think traditional is pretty kool challenging and fun! i am actually tryna find a recurve to do a lot of fun shoots

actually the materials is not a problem. the design isnt that old. i cant recall any ancient people use these bows. longbows.selfbows.composite bows are old. prove me wrong but i dont remeber anyone using these bows.

I like my Dan Berry longbow- Hunting traditional keeps the prey closer than a compound. limiting your shooting distance is where the adrenaline is.

My stepdad gave me his old 45 pound recurve and I could outshoot his Compound anyday of the week. :) I love this type of shooting its a great time.
