I would get 2 sets at the same time and get 25 black ants and 25 red ants and place them in their own containers pertaining to color. after about a month i would cut a hole in the side and put them together and see who wins the war. Which ever color wins earns the right to freedom. (hope for their sake its not in the winter). The loser is obviously killed. Any survivors from the defeated color will be decapitated by a tiny guillotine in front of the victor.

But it in an actual habitat with a nest and a food area so they can live untill the queen gives up. So im looking at years. And no btw ants live for about 1 year. Not 1/3 months. Thats bs.
