Wealth drops the drop rate by half. eg: 1 in 300 of hilt is 1 of 150 with wealth and increases the amount of medium drops (like 40K-500k) compared to the small ones, like 1910 coins. but with a wealth on you cant use ring of life. use a wealth when you have experience, so you know what you are doing. or else you may die. and dieing sucks.
