But encompassing both Hamas and Fatah is the Palestinian Authority which needs to be completed disbanded and built up from a reformed PLO. I am not calling for reform I am asking for the PA to be absolutely deconstructed and a PLO built up in its place. The PA has nothing to show for itself, even after 1 year of talks with Israel the only evidence they have is 8000 more settlement homes in Jerusalem.

Terrorist group? The PLO is recognised internationally, including in your country and by Israel. It also unifies the majority of groups within the Palestinian territories and this is why I argue for an extension of the PLO - to bring up a viable and unified authority.

One-sided development? Here we go...Israel is occupying Palestine because of the bombs & that is what makes it poor. Forget the fact that long before the resistance and bombings the West Bank and Gaza remained the poorest areas.

What good can come from the firing of bullets, rockets, missiles from either side? Nothing. There are two sides to this conflict & you only see the one.

I see, the onus of a peaceful coexistence is with the Palestinians. They were there before the state of Israel, they were cleared off the vast majority of their land & dispersed in the millions across the world and you have the nerve to ask me how close the Palestinians are to peaceful coexistence! Israel has a huge part to play in this too.

Exactly, no side is innocent when it comes to this crucial factor so it is absolutely important that a ceasefire is executed.

A ceasefire however does not merely involve the crass cessation of gun warfare, a lot needs to be said about the absolute sealing off of Gaza as the damage this is doing is just as fatal.

No peace for Palestine = no peace for Israel. You cant have one without the other and nor should you, Israel does not deserve peace and security more than the Palestinians.
