It is impossible for any human being (with only 1 exception in history) to perfectly follow the Law on their own. If we follow Christ then we cannot possibly violate the Law. That is what St. Paul was saying in his letters to the Galatians. You don't find salvation by trying to follow the Law. You find it by following Christ.

it depends on what faith you look at. 7th day adventist believe the sabbath is on saturday. while the christians believe it is on Sunday because that is the day that CHRIST rose from the dead.
