@lee197900 That is a very pointed question. Yes, where is the turkey, the carcass, the bones etc. and what about the skin? My turkey is in the pot as I speak...the carcass, the skin, all. I do it the pioneer way. I use everything to get the most nutrition and waste nothing. This video was well done but, to me missed the point of what or how to use the left over turkey to get the most out of it. Mine has been simmering for many hours. Later it will be bones out, veggies in. Simmer. Eat
