Venom has his own comics and he really isn't bad he just hates spiderman! He becomes good and helps ppl but does have a dark side then he jions the thunderbolts!!

Venom became an anti-hero rather than a clear cut villain. A violent anti-hero at that. I do have concerns though. Like Spider-Man has to be in the loop somehow. The symbiote having spider powers wouldn't make any sense without him. I'm not saying they need to bring back Tobey but he needs to be part of the backstory.
If they are re-casting, which I'm sure they are, I'm going with David Boreanaz as Venom, and Jackie Earle Haley as the villain Carnage. That would be awesome.

Agreed with the casting. Boreanaz is jacked and actually has the acting chops for the role (looking at you people who want Brock lesnar) and haley was awesome as freddy in the ANOES remake. And spiderman probably will be in it. Since he will be behind a mask the whole time, all they need is a stunt man and a voice actor. I got a good feeling about this one....

You're wondering who Venom gonna fight? Plot, I can understand your wondering of that, but in case you haven't noticed, Venom has an enemy called Carnage who is twice as bad as Venom! Carnage is a psychotic killer compared to Venom, wno's just a generic supervillain. Hope that answers your question on who he gonna fight.

You, are a bigass NERD. Anyway, I remember this 6 issue VENOM comic where he befriended some sewer-dwelling misfits. They had to tone him down- Hollywood will do worse and its a horrible idea as a movie. Spider-man is too popular to confuse casual viEwers and non-geeks with VENOM. And Depp and Bale are together as a screen test for BATMAN and.... The Riddler.
