    But just to say; there was a time for me when being clear about my regrets was an important step in helping me navigate away from them.

    There is I think a positive use of regret. But morbid regret is poison.

    Another poison is the notion 'I dont regret anything I have done in my life'.

    I regret all the times I hurt others. I would never want to either forget, or not regret such things.

    But positive thought and action forwards is the most important.

  • @david8157 well said, i agree. i am still experiencing and processing regrets. it is beneficial until it becomes an obsession. which can happen very easily.
