The beats sound similar but lyrics and tone of the song are very similar, but I dont think it's "obvious plagerism" You could go through every song ever written and a lot of the would have sections that sounded alike, if they had been EXACTLEY THE SAME, then yes you would have a case, but I think it's just different enough.
