I am not sure what A frames are. I vaulted with two poles just for fun, to see how it feels. It is actually a very good drill it forces you to take off early, swing hard and of course there is no bottom arm to block with ;) so the chest must come through. I will measure the height next time. If you can vault like that post your video, lets compete :)

I understand this is for fun, but why don't you just do A frames into a sand pit for learning purposes? It's the same thing just easier and safer.
