this is a really good tutorial! its given me heaps of ideas! I just bought it for $49 in the FL Studio yard sale and styrus which i think is one of the best vst's out on the market. But its not easy to use but the sounds are so fuckin good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

@MrHLS24 Even in Producer's Edition, Toxic Biohazzard is only the demo version. The full version will cost more. Sorry about that. I bought Producer's Edition thinking I was getting the full Version of Toxic also.

i love toxic.... but you can't beat refx nexus and vanguard.... to bad they are hella excpensive though!

well... nexus is just a vst with alot of presets.. you don't really make anything self on that... vanguard is cool..

@DjShadyOfficial what I mean is that you cannot chance the actual preset... sure you can put on some fx in it's many menus and you can chance alot of other things but not the preset itself

vanguard only has 3 effects, TB has 6 but you can employ at least 2.

vanguard has a "gate" TB has 2.

how is vanguard better ?

oh yeah, vanguard doesn't have frequency modulation and a sequencer.

@ImTheWackhead Correct! Thats why i use both! fx and "small" leads with Vanguard. and major leads and stabs with Toxic, however i do love them both! I prefer the filter effects on vangaurd vs toxic in some ways. Toxic definatly isn't a synth for a some one learning to use a synth, because it has so much all in one, as you just mentioned above. :) But if your used to synths its a beast!!! :D thats my opinion :P

@ImTheWackhead Massive is good!! ya need a differnent monitor to view the whole thing but its good! alot to work with! And definatly one of the easyer to master synths but theres alot to it just like with any! :D I love toxic for my loud/main "grabbing" leads awsome stuff!!! FM8 is another really good synth you might wanna try sometime! lovely psycho-accustic delay sounds!! (like omnisphere)

Sounds like a default saw in sytrus to me
