I remember watching this. I was thinking at the time the Stars were a year away from winning a Cup, but sometimes this series gave me doubts of that. Belfour did a good job of silencing his critics in 1999 and 2000 (he certainly wasn't the reason the Stars lost to New Jersey in that finals)
