I love this program i watched it all the way from the begining yet again i remember watching it from a child and it is still by far the best cartton of our time much better then the crap they show on TV nower days it teachs u the reality of life that its not all gumdrops and roses. Its sad and i almost cryed again when i sore Badger, mole and Bold i think i cryed the most when Bold died. I felt so sorry for him. i hate what his mate did to him dose anyone else agree?

i love this show but why did Badger have to die but atleast you saw him again at the end. the series was sad at times and made alot of males and females cry and men can cry too men can show emotions too and theres nothing wrong with that.

my favourite chracters are Weasel,Adder,Badger and Owl then i like them all exept the nasty ones

I never knew so many people loved this show too. This was like my guilty pleasure show as a kid. Makes me remember playing hooky and getting to watch the show, and then walking around in the field next to my house looking for animals.

I'm only talking about the first season, since that's the only one they aired back in the days, but this series has helped us cope with death, loss, environmentalism, differences of opinion and people who are different than you. Might be strange, because most shows nowadays only are about strange creatures evolving to next stages and whatnot, but to us this was and still is a show that exceeds the level of modern shows multiple times.

The only problem I had with this show is that because a fox is a predator and makes friends with all the animals in the woods, how the heck do they survive? Doesn't make much sense since foxes don't fish.
