  • sweet...

I'm planning to buy this model in a few days, is that easy for a beginner?

  • i just got it, i am just scared to break it like i broke 2 other planes before

    ;)

  • I just got mine and the propeller spun backwards! Clockwise that is. I just switched the black and red cables that went between the esc and the motor. Problem solved. any recomendations for a first time flyer...?

  • Yep, swapping 2 cables is the correct way to get it to spin the other way :-)

Firstly, spend many hours on a simulator (fms will do) so that you're comfortable flying towards yourself as well as away. And secondly wait for a very calm day, dont try to do your first flight with any sort of breeze. I know it's really tempting to go out, but trust me it's better to wait.

    Steve

  • My only probem with fms is the rudder controls are not accurate... You can not taxi on the ground bacause the rudder does notkeep turning the plane, just trists it. Seems like this even effects the way the plane flys. Im using beta 7.0

  • I agree, FMS is only an entry level simulator. I use RealFlight and Phoenix, and sometimes Clearview (much cheaper). It's worth looking into these.

  • Very decent landing. And ... you did a loop!

  • I can loop anything that isnt a helicopter :-) Seriously I was about to loop the Blade400 the other day when the top bearing on the outrunner collapsed during a stall turn. Managed to land ok still but I'm now waiting for a motor to arrive in the post.

  • good luck with your cessna nice videos 5*
