  • i like it because of the "Voice Over"

  • What a horrible idea. would it really have been that hard to put the fuckin buttons on the unit?

  • great video do you think black is better than blue shuffle??

  • i like the black better...it looks more professional

  • @AmSClarinette good point

  • i just got one

  • I also wait for a shuffle to dock adaptor with voiceover compatible.

  • This thing is a complete f***ing ripoff!! Just bought 1 today, and i come home and unpack it only to find out that apple is forcing upon me, to use their stupid crappy headphones! You can't press play without the stupid remote located just under the right headphone. Apple weren't even friendly enough to supply the remote with a mini-jack-input. That also means that i can't connect this thing to any speakers at mp-3-partys cause standard mini-jack cables don't come with the ipod-shuffle remote!

  • you buy stuff without researching it first? go buy an inline adapter on ebay if you want to use speakers.

and this is the internet, there is no reason to EVER buy anything before knowing everything about it

  • u can use the case with buttons in teyr store and use your own headset:D

  • Then the iPod shuffle is not for you.

  • if u want different headphones get a headphone splitter an connect ur headphones and the apple headphones at the same time

  • Dude, it's smart advise, but the problem with mini-jack-splitters is that the tend to screw up the sound...

  • @TheJabcdify how in the world are you gunna jog and listen to music with two headphones man that is stupid just to use different headphones

sandisk sansa clip plus takes a giant poo on all of ipod shuffles and WAY less cash with much more features and audio quality!

  • @TheJabcdify or just buy some Sony made for iPod earphones...

  • it can't get much smaller than that

  • does the voice over work with the ipod classic touch and nanoe?

  • I'd lose that thing in a second if I got one.

  • pitchfork

  • i have the exact same ipod as in this vid and ive had it for 2 days. so far i love it. i dont have to keep picking up my ipod to change songs which can be annoying, i can switch between playlists. you can also rewind and fast forward on this shuffle. the buttons on the headphones are so easy to remember, and its easy to go from song to song.

  • 1- VoiceOver is cool but unnecessary.

2- I hate Apple's earphones, with my 2nd Generation Shuffle, I can use my favorate earphones which easily fit in my ears, not keep slipping out.

3- Sometimes when I go back to my room, I like to play my music on my stereo system, I just plug the stereo wire into my ipod & play, but with this new 1, I cant change/play any songs coz only the earphones do that, so I'd have to stick with their earphones my while life lol !!

    Cheers.

  • Voice over GAYYY

  • All is I am saying is try it before you talk about it. It also sounds much better than the last model. Trust me. I have EVERY single model of ipods since the came out. It is a brilliant design and the apple in-ear buds are a GREAT upgrade. They sound amazing with this shuffle and they work great. And voice over is not a joke. You will like it more than you think for playlists. and you can shut it off too.

  • what happen if you break your head phones? you have to pay 50$ for another pair? lame =/

  • thats what i said!

  • only $30 but yeah

  • how much waz urs??

  • my headphones or the ipod? i got the ipod for $70, the headphones come with it. they retail for $80 but like i said, i got mine for $70.

  • 2g in green is the best!!!

  • For Me i would say the 2g shuffle is better because it has buttons on the player not in the cable BUT THAT THING IS COOL TOO it can speak lol^^

  • i got one. i love mine

  • wat if the headphone break??can chu still control it?

  • noooo

  • I love mine. It is amazing.... give it a chance. PLAYLISTS!!! on a shuffle means less syncing... You pick up to use it in about two seconds... Simple and brilliantly designed... honestly

  • ordered mine a couple of days ago and can't wait to get it, I think if people got over the whole "it doesn't have a screen" or "iit doesn't have controls on it", then they would see that this is so easy to use...

  • voicover's pointless.

  • yerr pritty much lol

  • Terrible shuffle! Bought it and returned it in the same day. Having to mess with the controls while working out is annoying, and right earbud comes out easily when messing with the controls. 2g ipod may be a bit larger, but it much more practical especially if you use it while running or working out.

  • not really ... the point of the shuffle is so you put onbly the songs you want to listen to hence the point of it having no screen buy a normal ipod if you want that or make a playlist plus you would have to change stuff on normal ipod anyway at least its only in the headphones

  • then whats the point of having 4 freaking gigabytes of memory? Why not make it SDcardish and give it 512 magabytes? I only know the title of that amount of songs! And if they put voiceover on it, then they obviosly want to make sure you want to know the title of the song!

But still, I think this is a trainwreck...

  • voiceover is pointless. why do i need some cheap robotic voice to tell me the names of songs i own?

  • How do you download the kanye west live album I can't find it?

  • it reads it "kanye live" because you have it written "kanye live" not "kanye life" -_-

  • haha , when apple sent me a e mail to show this i thought the picture they had on the front of the page was the side of the ipod shuflle.i was like tht is fat.lol

  • awesome

  • Nice!

  • sweet!
