1. In Deception is there only one round per fight, or was it just becuase of the certain playthrough

1. That can be customized in the gameplay options menu.

2. Some of the CPUs do that randomly.

I don't just mean the art and graphics, I mean the way the characters move and fight, the way they always allow characters to get through with having infinits and cheese to show serious they are about the design, the way most of the fatalities are done, the fact that fatalities are actually totally pointless and the game doesn't benefit from their existence. There's more but there is no more space left.
