@ownTer There is no limit on Horsepower here. Nor top speed, acceleration or such. As long as the car meets emmision regulations and you drive it within the speed limit. However there are dozens of dumb regulations concerning safety that determine stupid stuff like how far off the floor the headlights are and random shit like that . Oh, they'd probably pull you if it was too noisy, too.

Every highly modded car has these problems. If you want to modify your car than change wheels. You want to make it faster than go to KW ( german suspension factory - ACR Viper has these ). But never ever touch your engine!!!
